These terms cover the corporate website of BLACKSUN MARKETING LLC. Access to each application and its subscriptions is governed by that product’s terms.

1. Company and website purpose

BLACKSUN MARKETING LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. This website presents the software and applications we develop and sell, along with any future products we announce. It is informational and does not create customer accounts or process payments directly.

2. Appropriate use

You may browse and make legitimate inquiries. Do not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate others or use the content unlawfully.

3. Software and availability

GeniusSpace is a web application with Free and Pro plans. Purchases, limits, renewal, delivery and use are governed by its Terms, Plans and Cancellation and refund information.

Aria Voice App is software for macOS with a 30-day trial without a card and monthly Pro, Premium and Supreme subscriptions. GeniusSpace screenshots show sample projects and are not offers from businesses represented in them.

Nota de Amor is a BLACKSUN MARKETING LLC service that creates personalized songs with artificial intelligence assistance. It creates one personalized lyric with two musical versions and offers free previews of up to 75 seconds of each. One full version costs US$19.00 and both cost US$25.00 as a one-time purchase. Adding the second version later costs US$6.00. Priority delivery (US$4.90) and a package with an animated digital card, karaoke video and printable PDF (US$9.90 per order) are optional extras. Optional subscriptions cost US$9.90 per month for one gift or US$49 per year for twelve gifts. Each gift creates a new story with two full versions and can be used for 12 months after receipt. One-time gift packages cost US$9.90 for one, US$24.90 for three or US$44.90 for six. Buying a song does not activate a subscription. Plans require separate confirmation and renew for their selected period until cancelled. Read its terms, scope and subscriptions, delivery and refunds and privacy policy before purchasing.

Reelx Viral App is a downloadable digital package sold by BLACKSUN MARKETING LLC: US$29, one-time purchase, no subscription. After payment confirmation, a private download link is emailed for a ZIP containing the .reelx file and HTML instructions. It requires a computer and an AI assistant with file and terminal access; AI and voice accounts and usage are not included. It is not a traditional installer and does not promise viral reach or income. You may create your own and client videos under its license. 4. Software access and product-specific terms

Each application defines its account and compatibility requirements, license, features, prices, allowances, delivery, updates and subscription terms. Read that information on the product website before registering or paying. A subscription grants the access described in its plan; it does not transfer ownership of the software. Future applications, including mobile apps, will only be offered for purchase when their availability and terms are announced.

5. Cancellation, refunds and earlier purchases

See our product information. The GeniusSpace first-purchase guarantee does not automatically extend to Aria or Nota de Amor; each product has its own policy. Earlier purchases retain their accepted terms and mandatory rights; this website update does not remove those rights or purchase history.

6. Intellectual property and links

Original text, branding and materials belong to BLACKSUN MARKETING LLC or their respective owners. Applicable law governs permitted use. Brands in sample funnels identify traffic sources and do not imply sponsorship or affiliation. Linked websites have their own terms.

7. Accuracy and changes

We maintain this information to describe the actual offering. Features may evolve. Contact us to confirm an important detail or report an error. Mandatory visitor and customer rights remain unaffected.
